Ones Up is working to build economic mobility in black and brown communities through a career development program rooted in healing, wellness, and social justice, designed for youth ages 16-24. We create spaces for young people to address social justice issues in their community while improving their access to upward mobility.
Currently, 1 in 4 young people in the United States are disconnected from employment and educational opportunities and 31% of young people in Philadelphia live in poverty.
